Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) is pleased to announce that it will be offering the Advanced Housing Development Training Institute July 21-23, 2009. This session is intended to augment our year-long HDTI by providing more in-depth and advanced training in a key technical skill and financing structure area: tax credits and tax exempt bonds for multifamily rental developments. The program description and application is attached. Please submit the completed application no later than June 17, 2009 by 5:00 p.m. to your local LISC office.
