Real Estate Assistant / Transaction Coordinator

Purpose: Restore Neighborhoods LA (RNLA) is a not-for-profit corporation/holding company established to acquire and rehabilitate foreclosed and abandoned single family and multi-unit properties in South LA and San Fernando Valley as part of the Neighborhood Stabilization Program. The Assistant will work closely with RNLA’s Project Manager(s) and Construction Manager(s) to coordinate the process of identifying, evaluating and purchasing properties.
