NEEDED - Full time Property/Asst. Manager for a Senior Tax Credit Property with 184 units in Huntington Park. Must have a minimum of 2 years of tax credit working experience(required) and be bilingual in English and Spanish. Tasks: Manage Property Office and Staff. Complete Monthly Reports. Marketing and Leasing Units. Processing Applications and updating Waiting Lists. Completing Certification and Re-Certifications. Implementing Rules and Regulations. Resident Assistance. Attends Trainings. Reports all issues to Supervisor.
