Maintenance Department Office Clerk
The Office Clerk is responsible organizing and coordinating the Maintenance office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and excellent customer service.
SCOPE:
The Office Clerk reports to the Maintenance Supervisor. This position requires a high degree of problem solving and organization in order to maintain relevant paperwork and reporting information in the Yardi property management computer system.
