HUD Releases FY09 Income Limits

(as reported by the National Low Incoming Housing Coalition) HUD released its Income Limits and estimated Median Family Incomes for FY09 on March 19. These data are used to determine eligibility for housing assistance and for other purposes in administering federal housing and other programs.

LACDC announces RFP: Infill Sites Rental Program - Neighborhood Stablization Program Funds

The Community Development Commission of the County of Los Angeles (Commission) is seeking proposals from highly qualified non-profit and for-profit developers for the acquisition, rehabilitations and operation of one to four unit foreclosed properties, within targeted areas identified by the Commission and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

The RFP will be available beginning March 19, 2009. A Mandatory Proposer's Conference will be held March 30, 2009. Proposals will not be accepted from Applicants that do not attend the Proposer's Conference.
