How many people typically attend the conference?
SCANPH’s Annual Conference expects 1,300 attendees — with the majority of these participants attending the conference’s main day (9/11/25). Pre-conference programming and the Homes Within Reach Awards ceremony expect approximately 500 attendees, bringing total conference attendance to around 1,800.Who attends the SCANPH Conference?
Affordable Housing Advocates; Architects & Designers; Builders; Community Organizations; Consultants; Affordable Housing Developers (Non-Profit and For-Profit); Financial Institutions; Lenders/Investors; Property Managers; Public Agencies; Service Providers; State & Local Government; Suppliers; Tenant Rights Groups; & More!Are the virtual seminars/forums included in conference registration?
Pre-conference programming and activities are included with conference registration, EXCEPT FOR the Homes Within Reach Awards ceremony and reception. This is a separate ticket (see question #4). Conference attendees must still register for any pre-conference activities they wish to participate in, as some activities will have an attendance cap.Is the Homes Within Reach Awards Ceremony & Reception included in conference registration?
No. The awards ceremony/reception is a separate ticket. Awards ceremony attendees DO NOT need to be registered for the annual conference and an awards ceremony ticket will not grant attendees a conference registration. This year, the awards ceremony will take place the evening before the conference's main day (9/10/2025).When does exhibiting occur?
Exhibiting hours will occur between 9 AM and 4 PM on September 11, 2025 — the conference’s main day.How much is registration?

When does the early bird rate expire?
The Early Bird rate will be available for members between May 19 and June 6, 2025.How do I register?
Registration will open on May 19th for members-only (early bird period) and on June 9th for members and non-members.Where do I park?

Room block details will be announced shortly (mid-April).Do you share an attendee list?
Yes. One to two weeks prior to the conference, an attendee list will be shared with all registrants. It will also be posted on the SCANPH website on the conference attendee page, found here. Please note that we DO NOT share attendee emails to respect the privacy of our guests.What if I need to cancel? Do I get a refund?
Yes, refunds will be accepted through 8/31/2025. No full refunds will be issued after 8/31/2025; and partial refunds prior to 9/10/2025 are at SCANPH’s discretion. No refunds will be offered once conference activities start at 12 PM on 9/10/2025.Can I substitute someone for my purchased ticket?
Yes, substitutions will be allowed through 9/9/2025. Please email dedwards@scanph.org if you need to make any substitutions.Who do I talk to about sponsorship and/or exhibiting?
