Nonprofit developers comprise the core of SCANPH’s membership. While SCANPH’s emphasis is on strengthening nonprofit developers, we welcome all members who share a long-term commitment to strengthening communities through quality affordable housing, including affordable homeownership. Overall, we have more than 350 organizations as members and 2,200 individuals.

*Membership levels are determined by an organization’s operating budget, inclusive of corporate costs, real estate development, asset/property management, and direct service provision that originates or benefits from SCANPH’s activities in the five-county region of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Ventura.
