TOD Tools Workshop Recap
On November 30th, SCANPH convened a workshop in partnership with LA Thrives, ACT-LA, Enterprise, and Public Counsel to discuss new local financing and land-use tools available to incentivize transit oriented development (TOD). Speakers covered tools that support various stages of development: Land use/streamlining through the City of LA’s Transit Oriented Communities (TOC) incentive, acquisitions through the LA Metro Affordable Transit Connected Communities (MATCH) program, and financing through the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities program (AHSC).
