Pasadena Celebrates Opening of BRIDGE Housing Development

The city of Pasadena and developer BRIDGE Housing recently celebrated the grand opening of Heritage Square Apartments, which will provide affordable housing for 70 seniors. Notably, the development required 14 years to complete.

SCANPH member and Pasadena Housing Director Bill Huang commented, “This is a great example of what happens when the City and community really come together and focus on the same goals. There have been some remarkable successes here.”

Cynthia A. Parker, President and Chief Executive Officer of BRIDGE, commented, “This is an exciting community development that we hope will not only benefit the seniors who live at Heritage Square, but the surrounding neighborhood as well.”
