Many Mansions Celebrates Grand Reopening of Shadow Hills

Shadow Hills is Many Mansions largest apartment complex to date. Built in 1972 and acquired by Many Mansions in 1992, Shadow Hills Apartments is a 101 unit affordable housing complex. Check out the extensive remodeling of all residential units on December 6 from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at a ceremony, lunch, and property tour.

The remodeling work includes new energy efficient lighting, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems, as well as new flooring and windows.  Also, Many Mansions upgraded the exterior grounds with two new tot lots, a community pavilion, outdoor exercise equipment and  other amenities. Join Many Mansions to celebrate this next phase as it continues to provide homes to many families!
